The Talisman Wood Fired Pizza Cafe opened in 2005. Extending from the Gallery It allows for the beautiful view of historic Mount York and Mitchell’s Pass over the Hartley Valley .

The wood fired oven is the feature of our Cafe.

We use the finest ingredients sourced from organic farmers and local growers -
Organic flours milled at Gunnedah, Jannei goats cheese from Lidsdale , and handmade meats from the de Souza family of Trunkey Creek.

Our Pizzas are lovingly made and delicious. See the menu for selections.

Also available are fresh salads ,homemade cakes ,the irrestible Tiramisu, fresh gelato , Danes organic coffee, gluten free pizzas and cakes.

Come and experience the view. Enjoy a coffee ,morning or afternoon tea, lunch or dinner and seize the moment.

For Saturday night in particular it gets pretty busy so its a good idea to book.
